Management Team

Our dynamic and competent logistics team is led by two Managing Directors. The Managing Directors oversee all the overall business operations of the company.

PULAHELA MOTSHABI

Managing Director

Mr Motshabi is an Attorney of the High Court of South Africa. He has been in business since August 2012 and is a skilled manager and negotiator. He is the founder and sole Director for Motshabi and Associates.

MPHO MOTSHABI

Managing Director

Mrs. Motshabi is an Attorney of the High Court. Her wealth of experience in local government has put her in a strong position to manage complex business transaction, negotiate complex business transactions and to thrive in a highly regulated transport industry.

FLEET COORDINATOR

Mr Sydwell Lindokhuhle Dlamini is our Fleet Coordinator. He was previously employed in the same position by Nu Eagles for a period of two (2) years until he joined Rankoro Logistics in January 2024. He holds the following qualifications:

Basic boiler making
Basic electrical
Introduction to Samtrac
Samtrac
Incident investigation level 3, and
First aid level 1

OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR

Mr Charles Sefularo is our Office Administrator. He was previously employed as an Intern by Ngaka Modiri District Municipality in its Human Resources Management. He holds a Human Resource Management N6 Certificate.

DRIVERS

Rankoro Logistics has employed a strong team of drivers. Cumulatively, our drivers have over 40 years’ experience of truck driving. Our drivers possess all the necessary documents to operate the Trucks. The drivers are experience in both short and long-distance driving. Our drivers are:

Mr Walter Makoni. He has been driving Trucks for the past 30 years.
Mr Gift Kasukuwere. He has over 20 years’ experience of driving trucks.
Mr. Enock Shupikai. He has been driving trucks for over 25 years.
Mr. Msingatheni Mchunu. He has over five (5) years’ experience of driving trucks.
